Returns
We offer 15-day returns on unused, uncut, unaltered items.
Eligible for Return
- Items in original, unopened packaging
- Wigs that have not been worn, tried on, or styled
- Items returned within 15 days of delivery
- Items with all original tags attached
Final Sale (Non-Returnable)
- Wigs that have been worn or tried on
- Wigs that have been cut, trimmed, or altered
- Wigs that have been styled or heat-treated
- Wigs that have been colored or chemically treated
- Items without original packaging or tags
Return Process
1Email us at Leanna@darkblue-hyena-383758.hostingersite.com with your order number and reason for return.
2Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and shipping address.
3Ship the item in its original packaging. Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective.
4Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect. We will cover return shipping for verified defective items and provide a full refund or replacement.
